Unknown persons broke into the Musayof Shuk in the Bukharan neighborhood of Jerusalem and vandalized the building on the night of 13 Cheshvan (Wednesday night to Thursday morning). A suspected nationalistic event was investigated.

The photos show damage to the ceiling, lighting, electrical system, paroches of the aron kodesh, furniture, seforim and more.

The damage to the mythological shul built in 1987 is reportedly heavy.

One mispallel, who did not wish to be identified said, “A few Arabs arrived with iron bars and they destroyed the entire shul including windows. Kristallnacht! “He describes what happened in the evening synagogue. “People are sitting here crying to see their shul like this”
