Magen David Adom reports receiving a call for an accident on Route 90, the Jordan Valley Road at Petzael Junction between a bus and a truck. Paramedics and EMTs responded. One person, in the truck, was pronounced dead on the scene.

Eleven others were treated and transported including a male about 25 from the truck in serious condition. He suffered from multisystem trauma and was intubated and sedated at the time of transport, which was accomplished by chopper. Ten others were transported by ambulances.

In the final MDA update from the scene, it was reported the DOA was a PA (Palestinian Authority) resident about 32. The seriously injured person from the truck is also a PA resident and listed in serious condition at transport. One male was listed in moderate condition and the remainder in light condition. Victims were transported to HaEmek Hospital in Afula, Hadassah Mt. Scopus Hospital in Jerusalem, and others treated and released at the scene.
