The news spread quickly in the Spinka chassidus in Bnei Brak on motzei shabbos (USA time) after learning of the petira of the Alter Spinka Rebitzen A”H at the age of 94, the wife of Admor Rav Yaakov Yosef of Spinka ZT”L. During recent years, the rebitzen has been living with her son, the Spinka Rebbe Shlita in Boro Park.
The levaya will begin at the Spinka Beis Medrash in Boro Park at about noon and then the aron will be flown to Eretz HaKodesh for kvura, accompanied by the rebbe from Boro Park and his family.
In Eretz Yisrael the levaya will begin in bnei Brak. One of the tragedies of the rebitzen’s life was the death of a son who was killed in a vehicular crash as he returned from the levaya of the Baba Sali ZY”A.

If I’m not mistaken she lost two sons in that car accident. The leveah will take place at 1462 56th St @ 1:00pm at the elder sons shul. Besuros Toves
Actually at that accident, her son Harav Yitzchok Eizik A”H was killed along with his son a child.
She had lost her Bachor Harav Avrum Abish A”H earlier from R”L yene machla.
So of her five sons, she is survived by her three sons.
She was also a sister to Reb Hershela Spinka A”H
She was a very noble rebetzin, always having an open house for all people from all walks of life.
They had a Spinka Beis Hamedrash on Crown Street in Crown Heights for many years.
