The untimely petira of HaRav HaChossid Yissacher Dov (Barish) Englander z”l has left the chareidi community of the UK in mourning.
The niftar was a major איש חסד as was reported, and many admorim, rabbonim and public figures are traveling to the UK to be menachem aveil to his father, Rav Alish Englander.
According to Forbes, the niftar was listed as among the wealthiest men in England, placing his value at $2 billion, including real estate and gas stations. The niftar kept many mosdos in Eretz Yisrael and elsewhere afloat as well as assisting many people who unfortunately are in need.
Chadrei Chareidim reports that among the admorim planning to make the trip are the Rebbes of רחמסטריווקא, ויזניץ ,דושינסקי, סטריקוב, מחנובקא Shlita.

Why doesn’t the article state how old he was or how many orphans he left?
Are these chashuve rabbonim related to the Englander family or just making the long trip as an act of chesed during shiva and kavod hames for the niftar, Z’tl.
It wasn’t the niftar that was a wealthy buisness man. The niftar was chushiva talmid chochom who sat & learned a whole day. It’s the niftar’s ‘father’ who is estimated at that huge amount, & he is the one that supports those above mosdos.
