On Friday, the second day of Rosh Hashanah, the police received a complaint about a man who had assaulted a young woman in the Charedi section of Bnei Brak. The accused is a 27-year-old man from Modi’in Illit who assaulted the 25-year-old woman while she was in a stairwell.
Police officers who arrived at the location arrested the accused man and took him to the closest police station for questioning. During the questioning process, the accused admitted to his crimes and claimed: “The Yetzer Ha’Rah made me do it.”
At the request of the defense attorney, the court has placed a gag order on the man’s identity until a formal trial will be arranged.

Then the Yetzer Tov should sling his rear in jail.
Of course the Y”H made him do it. That doesn’t stop Bechira or prevent onish. Rosh Hashana! He should have dragged his yetzer to shul!
VERY SHVACHE (WEAK) EXCUSE!!!! YETZER HARAH IS THE CULPRIT WITH ANY CRIME R AVEIRAH!!!!
What a stupid defense. SO DON’T LISTEN TO THE YETSER HARA!
Yosef HaTzaddik already answered this guy…
Im sure the yetzer hora will help him out when he gets his sentencing.
If the court doesn’t order a psych evaluation then they have failed him.
