Some context is needed here. When was this video taken? If we’re talking motzei rosh hashana, then there is no problem. You expect thousands of people to leave behind some mess. The organizers should be arranging a thorough cleanup during the following days. If the area still looks like this a week or two after rosh hashana though, that is a serious problem and a major chillul Hashem.
