Six weeks after undergoing a conversion ceremony to Islam in al-Aqsa Mosque on Har Habayis, Noi Sheetrit earlier this week Baruch Hashem returned to Judaism.
CEO of the Lehava organization, Bentzion Gupstein told Srugim News: “Yesterday, Noi Sheetrit accepted Ohl Malchus Shomayim and returned to her roots”. Gupstein took part in the ceremony and Noi remains in one of the organization’s safe homes as was the location of the ceremony returning her to Judaism.
In the following videos, Noi is seen in Al-Aqsa Mosque when she was converting to Islam R”L, and a video when she returned to Yiddishkeit.

Is she in therapy? Seems like serious mental issues. Maybe bipolar?!
Nebach. The girl needs help. Serious help. There’s obviously more to this story.
Please don’t make her into a special case. Every year about 500 Jewish girl are taken into Arab villages by Muslim men, most are abused violently yet do not have the courage to return. Thanks to Bentzi Gopstein, this girl is a lucky one to return. May she be able to build a nice Jewish family.
What generally is the case in almost all of these cases is that a Muslim man woos the girl, paying her special attention, buying her gifts and making her feel like a queen. Often it’s girls who grew up missing that. Then as soon as she is “married” to him and he takes her home with him, he turns on her and begins to beat her into submission. The girls all tell horror stories of being trapped in their houses with family members as guards. Their “husband” has expectations and turns her into a slave. It’s part of the culture to beat the wife.
Maybe this girl just got out quicker than most.
In any case, she will need a lot of help.
Its elul. her story, if anything. tells us that one can do teshuva for anything, even giving up yiddishkeit r’l.
May Benzion have a blessed year. Baruch hashem we have people like him.
That girl must have gone through hell…and must have been so neglected in the first place to fall for it. My heart goes out for her!
What ceremony? What does that mean? 6 weeks is quick, these things often are a number of years in the making.
Anyone else notice that in both videos she is surrounded by bearded men who are telling her what to do while she seems quite meek and passive (and no women)?
Unfotunately she went back right before Rosh Hashana to live with her Muslim boyfriend/fiancer
