Reb Shimon Bar Yochai asked why only one mouth? If one mouth speaks so much loshon harah why do you need a second one?
So we can hear in stereo, and thereby discern the direction from which sounds are coming.
Having two mouths would have no such benefit.

The mouth is attached to a much larger organ system, so how would two mouths even work? Would they each get their own?

RebYidd23: as usual I find that I strongly disagree with you. First off from the above Yerushalmi we clearly see that the idea can be entertained. Furthermore, what is so difficult to understand? There would be two mouths connected to one esophagus.How do you disagree with a question?
And our two ears are located at opposite sides of our face, with one on our left side and another one on our right side, so maybe we need to listen with both binah and chochmah?

A wild animal comes to the world when we don’t use our mouth properly. The Binah Leitim interprets coming to the world as the person speaking converts himself to a wild animal.
Animals too, have 2 ears, and one mouth.
