Preparations are continuing in earnest in Uman, at and near the tziyun of Rav Nachman of Breslov ZT”L. Supplies are arriving to accommodate this year’s long three-day Yomtov weekend. In recent years, tens of thousands of mispallalim were on hand for Rosh Hashanah, creating quite a challenge for the extra day of Shabbos this year..

Truckloads of goods have arrived in recent days, unloaded at the minimarket at the Uman Center, in preparation for the arrival of the Yomtov guests.

Near the tziyun there will be substations of United Hatzalah in cooperation with Ukraine Hatzoloh. This year, if the need arises, there will be a helicopter available for transport to Kiev or Odessa hospitals, where care is significantly better.
