Maggie Haberman Reports: White House chief-of-staff Jack Lew, an Orthodox Jew who’s the highest-profile Jew in the Obama administration, is set to address the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York tomorrow morning, sources confirmed to POLITICO.

The meetings, which will include a range of Jewish leaders from across the religious spectrum, has been in the planning stages for awhile, but happens to fall on the second day of Mitt Romney’s trip to Israel, one source said.

An administration official confirmed the trip to the JCRC, a group whose board Lew sat on in the early 2000s.
