The following report was released to the media by the Sharon district police spokesman.

On Sunday night the eve of 13 Elul, in Rom neighborhood of 2000 in Ra’anana, police stopped a suspicious vehicle for inspection.

In a search inside the vehicle they found police license plates, and a blue flashing light.

The driver of the vehicle and a passenger who was with him, residents of the Diaspora in their 20s, were arrested and brought to the court.

The police presence in the area is part of a large-scale, overt and covert operation, in order to secure the property of the residents of the area.
