Im Looking for a small, yeshivish, Beis Medrash For my son. I need a place were the Rosh Yeshiva would have a warm kesher with the bachrim. Any suggestions?
While wordiness is often frowned upon, the title could be a bit more expressive.

If he ends up sending to a Yeshiva learning a different Mesechta, I guess we will have to change it again.
perhaps Rabbi Berger’s Yeshiva in Lakewood would be a good suggestion.

The title is ב”מ for בבא מציעא or בית מדרש?
I suggest you look for a Rosh Yeshiva that Knows “every” tosefes and Rashb”a al leat in B”M. Even if your son can’t learn 18 hours a day, the hours that he does learn should at least be from a T”C not someone that stayed in BMG in order to get a ShtellaIts very hard to give answers over the net like this but have you looked into
There’s a new yeshiva in Lakewood, Yeshiva D’Rabaynu Yitzchok Meir (Reb Sholmo Abramson is the Rosh Yeshiva). located at 613 Madison in Lakewood. They have less than 20 bocherim last I heard. I know the Rosh for many many years. I dont know if this is a fit because this is the internet and you cant give much info but its worth a shot.
What about Yeshiva Emek Yehoshua in Passaic (NOT to be confused with THE Passaic Yeshiva) ? The Rosh Yeshiva there is Reb Shia Buxbaum.

Ohr Reuven is the best. I know a lot of people there and he has a great kesher with the rabbayim. The Rosh hayeshiva is out of this world. If you are looking for a place where your son can grow in ruchniyus while being surrounded by amazing rabbayim and amazing bachurim, it’s your best option.
Do you know how many guys are in ohr reuven?
There are several programs within Ohr Reuven. Is your son first year?
The information that is posted above is mostly inaccurate, but, the request is so subjective that answering is virtually impossible. Yeshivish and not too serious are generally a contradiction so it really depends on what hthe OP means by each. I will give it a try though. How about Rabbi Rabanowitz in Washington Heights or Rabbi Avrohom Shulman in Elizabeth? Rabbi Alster in Cliffwood? Rabbi Pikis in Engelwood. Rabbi Frankel in Monsey? Rabbi Sender in Monsey? Rabbi Zoberman (new) in Monsey? There is somewhat of a range here, but all within some loose boundries.
Or better yet, call Rabbi Binyomin Strauss in Lakewood. Places more bochurim than anyone else in the world
