Bulgarian officials are not accepting a claim of responsibility for last week’s terror attack in Burgas from an unknown organization, Qaedat al-Jihad, claiming affiliation with al-Qaeda. Senior Bulgarian officials seem to be siding with the Israeli and US assessments that the attack points to Hizbullah and the Global Jihad, linking to Iran.
Six people were murdered in the attack, including five Israelis.
CNN quoting Bulgarian investigators reported on motzei shabbos that they are searching for another man, a short haired man believed to have assisted the bomber, who according to Israeli survivors of the attack may have been with the bomber in the terminal.
