While no one in the Tri-State Area won the $758 million Powerball jackpot, there are a few people who are at least $1 million richer Thursday morning.
In New York State, there were three $1 million tickets that matched the five white balls from Wednesday’s drawing. Two of those tickets were sold in Manhattan. One ticket was sold at Hudson News at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and another was sold at Chunnu News Inc. on 700 3rd Avenue in Midtown East. The third ticket was sold at Kwik Fill in Cheektowaga.
In New Jersey, there were two $1 million winners – one at L and K Petroleum in Dorchester and another at W&R Mini Market and Deli in Paterson.
In Connecticut there was a $2 million winning Powerball ticket after the Powerplay option. There are no details on the exact location where that ticket was sold.
