Israel Electric Company officials are busy preparing for winter, and this includes pruning trees that are near electric lines.
Company technicians use the hot summer days to prepare for winter, which includes clearing areas near and around electric lines as much as possible to prevent damage during the winter months.
IEC Jerusalem District Director Moshe Cohen explains work is taking place in all districts, including the moshavim in the Jerusalem corridor. In the photos, technicians can be seen pruning trees in Motza.
