An Arab male armed with a knife, on his way to perpetrate a terror attack, was apprehended on Monday 29 Menachem Av with the knife on him.
B’chasdei Hashem he was taken into custody during the afternoon hours near Kikar Chatmar in the Shomron. There were no injuries.
