Haifa’s torah community is not permitting the completion of the 12th cycle of siyum hashas to pass without taking part and a siyum is planned in the city’s sports stadium.

Haifa Councilmen (Yahadut HaTorah) Rav Aryeh Blitenthal and Rav Michael Alper are spearheading the siyum efforts and organization. They promise prominent rabbonim and maggidei shiurim will be taking part in the event.

An exact date has not been set but it appears it may not be until closer to Elul since many people will not be in the area during bein hazmanim.
