In the accompanying photos, we see Jerusalem Mufti Muhammed Hussein and manager of al-Aqsa Sheikh el-Kassiani praying near a group of Jews on Har Habayis.
All of the others seen in photos are employees of the Islamic Waqf Authority, watching the Jews to make certain they comply with regulations set by them for the holy site.
Gedolei Yisrael over the generations and the Chief Rabbinate of Israel prohibit visiting Har Habayis, which they explain carries the punishment of karess.

What is the point of this article?
Is YWN trying to show us the way of Islamic worship at Har Habais?
I understand that it looks very humbling to see that even a goy rosha like that bows down face to the floor in public during his “service” on Har Habais.
The problem is that plenty Muslims do the same all over the world 5 times a day, not just on Har Habais!
Question is: Is this bowing down a way of Avoda Zorah or we could consider this service of Hashem?
