The company operates a Pango service throughout the country. Many citizens have been complaining for two hours about the inability to run the Pango service through the company’s application.
The app, which allows parking all over the country and is recognized by local authorities, has not worked for at least two hours on Monday morning 2 Av, and citizens are angry.
Shimon, a resident of Bnei Brak, told the site: “I am trying from quarter to nine to run a ‘Pango but without success I am afraid that I will receive a report for the car I parked, and the problem here in Bnei Brak is that even if I want to pay by a meter, The parking meters all over the city.”
Similar things were written by Orit who wanted to park her car in Jerusalem. “In order to know if it worked, check if there is a problem with the Pango because I have been trying for a long time to activate parking in Jerusalem and I do not succeed, and I heard from other companies that they too are not successful.”
The site’s employees also know that they tried to run the Pango app without success. However, when we called the Pango line, there were cases where we were not even able to get to the computerized system and were immediately installed, and there were cases where we succeeded but could not park. In one case, we were able to operate the system and make the parking space active.
The company’s Facebook page has the following message:
Dear patrons, there is currently a technical problem and we are working in earnest to solve it. In the interim, one may activate parking by dialing *4500 and select the ‘regular’ option and not via voice recognition. The Pango team.”
