A northern police spokesman reports that during the predawn hours of Monday, 9 Tammuz, police raided an apartment which they believe was used by PA (Palestinian Authority) residents who are inside Green Line Israel illegally.
Police report finding several illegals, including one inside a refrigerator, one in a kitchen cabinet, one in a clothing closet and one in the drop ceiling. A total of nine illegals were apprehended in the apartment. The illegals are residents of Ramallah, Shechem and Jenin, ranging in age from 17-to-24.
Not too long after the raid, police received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Misgav Street in the city. Police responded and found the driver, a 33-year-old resident of el-Assad who they learned owns the apartment used by the illegals. He was arrested on charges of providing housing for illegals and arraigned on Monday.
