I have been noticing that a horrific number of lives are lost to car accidents due to driver carelessness, including not buckling their children or requiring them to buckle themselves. Instead of trying to find a way to make it work, we need to stop this loss of life immediately and since many of the adults in our lives aren’t taking the dangers seriously enough the only solution seems to be to ban taking children as passengers in cars. For years we got along without cars, you can get a bike or take a bus. If that doesn’t work for you, get a new job or move to another city, these are lives at stake. Why expect the public to be responsible when we can just stop putting children in cars at all.
Sounds like a plan.
Truthfully, if this worked to save lives, I would actually go along with it. Anything to save the life of a kid when no other options prove effective.June 23, 2017 3:17 pm at 3:17 pm #1303057👑RebYidd23ParticipantIf we don’t take non-drastic measures such as kosher safety cellphones for kids, why should we take drastic measures like banning them from vehicles (which would also prevent them from getting to the hospital if needed)?

It’s like a bunch of people making a campaign to prevent children from going outside with wet hair so that they won’t get pneumonia. They can pour millions into their campaign and get every person on board to comply. But at the end of the day, nobody ever got pneumonia from going outside with wet hair so it was all hype. If you REALLY care about protecting kids, find out what you can do that will actually matter.
