(UPDATES ARE POSTED BELOW) 9:46AM EST: Washington DC: There is a working fire at the old executive office building next to the White House. CNN reports smoke pouring out of the structure at this time.
UPDATE 10:00AM EST: A 2nd alarm response has been ordered by the Washington DC Fire Chief. The fire seems to have started on the 3rd floor – and appears to be an electrical fire.
UPDATE 10:12AM EST: There is no smoke visible anymore, and the FD has brought the fire under control. This building houses the Vice President’s Offices.
