Visiting US Talmidim Escape Injury in Rock-Throwing Attack

The 12th grade class and one of the Rabbeim of the Dallas Yeshiva, Texas Torah Institute, was stoned by Arabs as they were visiting the old city of Akko on Monday, 14 Sivan 5772, a school official reports.

The class, which is in Eretz Yisroel for their senior class trip, had just finished visiting the Ramchal’s Shul, and were walking back to their vehicle when the attack took place.

Baruch Hashem no one was injured and they were able to escape unharmed.

  1. oh my… i hope the boys are ok… i bet if rp was with them then the arabs would have been too scared to do anything

  2. My son’s class. They’re B”H fine. The media sensationalism is annoying and was frankly scarier for me than what really happened. Then again, no one’s interested in the borring facts!

  3. It must be realized that a stone is a lethal weapon!Affirmative and strong action should be taken in EVERY instance when arabs throw stone, regardless of their age! According to the Torah, they deserve death!
If that was the policy in Israel, I am certain that terror would be greatly reduced!

  4. The Arabs their living by the sword. But us Jews are supposed to live by the book, we are supposed to keep Torah as a condition to live in Eretz Yisroel
אם בחקתי תלכו ואת מצותי תשמרו
Its a conditional present from Hashem, if we don’t obey, then we have no rights. The appealing of the Tal Law, and encouraging entire Yeshivas to collapse is not something to be laughed at. I fear for the Yiden in Eretz Yisroel. removing our condition for the deal is no simple matter.

geulanow…according to a story here, “…chareidim that took part in a protest decrying chilul shabbos attacked an “elderly Arab man and an Arab family” on motzei shabbos in the Meah Shearim area…”

So, geulanow, once again, the misunderstanders of Torah made their opinions known by beating up an Arab family in Yerushalayim…right?
