Baltimore’s Siyum Hatorah took place last night in Baltimore, with speeches by R’ Ahron Feldman and R’ Moshe Heinemann. The Baltimore kehillah and many others around the world got together to make a Siyum Hashas, which Baltimore has been doing for 20 years, thanks to the efforts of many, including R’ Schecter, who is honored at this event. May the Torah learnt be a zechus for his speedy recovery and the Geulah Shleima.
