A small explosion in the skyscraper that houses Fox News in Manhattan (1211 5th Avenue) caused panic & concern earlier this morning.
The small explosion occurred on the 45th floor, which houses the heating and cooling systems and other utilities for the 47-story building, WNBC reported.
There are no offices on that floor, or on the three floors above. All three floors have been evacuated.
One person suffered lacerations to the head.
