The arrests of followers of the Peleg branch do not seem to be deterring them from not reporting to draft authorities; as per the instructions from HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Auerbach Shlita.
Avreich Tzvi David Friedman was imprisoned by IDF authorities for 74 days before being released this week from IDF prison for failing to report for service. He was greeted in the home of HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Auerbach Shlita as well as the Gavaad Eida Chareidis HaGaon HaRav Yitzchok Tuvia Weiss Shlita.
Satmar askanim arranged for a special ride home for him and he is promised $100 a day per day in prison, so he will have earned $7,400 for sitting in prison, a handsome sum for one who earns about NIS 2,000 a month.
Askanim behind the effort explain that clearly, in the case of Friedman and Yisrael Meir Toledano, the IDF is trying to instill fear into them. As such, they have established a fun to pay each of them $100 a day for every day in military prison for each person locked up by the IDF for not reporting to induction centers.

Where does this Satmar Fund raise money? I would like to know if they come to my neighborhood. If yes, I will do whatever I can to throw them out.
And I, would like to donate.

Why should they be deterred if these are Reb Shmuel’s instructions?
