Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is expected to permit legislation to legalize a number of outposts in Yehuda and Shomron, Makor Rishon reports.
After the Likud faction in Knesset approved the coalition agreement that brings Kadima into the coalition the prime minister reportedly spoke with Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin and told him that from his perspective, he is giving a green light on the outpost legislation. This would provide a solution for Beit El’s Ulpana neighborhood since such a law would circumvent the High Court of Justice’s ruling instructing the government to have the homes evacuated by the beginning of July.
The prime minister also signaled the government will not officially adopt a position on such legislation and MKs will have a free hand, to vote their conscience as opposed to imposing coalition discipline.
Rivlin told Makor Rishon that from his part, he will move such a bill to the head of the Knesset agenda, permitting an immediate vote in the hope of passing such a bill into law before the court set deadline.

What about Migron? Is that included?
Netanyahu swore at the open graves of Etta and Efrayim Tzur that the Ulpana neighbourhood would never be evacuated. If he does not come through on that oath he has no honour.
Then again, he swore when he gave Chevron away that if the Arabs would ever shoot from the hills, the tanks would immediately be dispatched to reconquer them, and that didn’t happen.
