In the attached photos, one sees an Israel Police vehicle that was in pursuit of the driver on the scooter, who failed to comply with instructions to pull over.

The incident occurred in Beit Shean and Baruch Hashem, the driver fled and dropped the vehicle before the police SUV ran it over.
