Following an updated assessment, the National Security Council Counter-Terrorism Bureau on Tuesday, decided to downgrade the travel warning for Turkey to that of ‘continuing potential threat’ (the lowest of the four travel warning levels).
A continuing threat of terrorist attacks against Israeli and Jewish targets exists in Turkey. Therefore, the NSCCTB recommends to avoid non-essential travel to Turkey or, at least, to be especially alert and cautious.

I do not believe the CTB is part of the IDF. Why would it be part of the IDF? Seems rather irrelevant to me.
