The man known as the “Teimani Cop” in Bnei Brak, Marya Yechiel [ben Yona] was seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident Sunday morning, 7 Iyar 5772 on Kibbutz Galiot Street.

The policeman was traveling on his scooter when the accident occurred at about 09:30. He was found face down in a pool of blood by EMTs on the scene and transported to Ichilov Hospital in a paramedic advanced life support ambulance where he is reported in serious condition.
