Efforts to bring a goat to Har Habayis before Pesach were thwarted by police, as was the case on Wednesday morning, the first day Chol Hamoed Pesach in Eretz Yisrael. As seen in the accompanying video, the young Jews heading towards Har Habayis in the Old City are intercepted by border police and the goat detained.

CORRECTION: this video is from Erev Pesach. I got confirmation from one of the yidden filmed.
Somewhat confusing video….are these women associated with some animal rights group trying to save the goat or are they some WOW affiliated group trying to bring a korban peseach on har habayis??? I don’t recall where chazal bring down that women are required to bring a korban peseach on the first day of chol hamoed.
Did they actually think they’ll get through to Har Habayis with the goat in tow? There’s so much security – what were they thinking!
The answer is that they’re all shallow and don’t think!
