Working together at the last moment, Minister of Culture (Likud) Miri Regev and Minister of Education (Bayit Yehudi) Naftali Bennet on Sunday, 13 Nissan, managed to have NIS 10 million allocated for 50th Anniversary celebrations marking the 1967 liberation of Yerushalayim, Yehuda & Shomron and the Golan Heights. Each ministry will give NIS 5 million towards these events.

The funds will be used for ceremonies including events marking the resettlement of Gush Etzion and other areas of Yehuda and Shomron.
