The Port Authority has reportedly struck a deal to resume construction on the September 11th Museum.

Crain’s New York is reporting the agency, which owns the site, has ended its financial dispute with subcontractors at the site.

According to the report, the Port Authority has paid out some of the money owed to the workers.

The dispute was over $150 million in cost overruns on the project and who was responsible to pay for them.

It’s not known when construction will resume, although a completion date has been set for either June or July of next year.
