Chelsea Clinton says she doesn’t have her sights on running for a public office, and has no intention of running against President Donald Trump in the next election.
Clinton tells “CBS This Morning” of Trump: “I’m definitely not the right person to defeat him in 2020.”
The younger Clinton says her mother, who was Trump’s Democratic opponent in 2016 — isn’t focused on politics either. Instead, she said, Hillary Clinton is writing a book and spending time with Chelsea’s two young children.
When asked whether a run for office is inevitable because her parents were both politicians, Chelsea Clinton would only say that everyone should be willing to fight for programs and policies they believe in. She said, “I hope that politics is in all of our DNA.”

Trump will be our President for at least 8 years with Hashem’s help. By then even the liberal loonies will get their brains back and force him to stay on for another term or more.
G-d forbid Trump should be president for even another day. We won’t have health insurance, we won’t have mountains, we won’t have clean rivers and oceans, we won’t have clean air, the rich will get all the tax breaks and the middle class will get deeper in debt. The stupid Republican governors didn’t expand Medicaid in so many states and their people are suffering. No one says boo. Oh, I forgot – it’s because they bought a cell phone that they don’t have health insurance. NY will go bankrupt from protecting the first lady. The conservative Republicans are the stupidest, cruelest people who look out only for themselves. They had so long to make a health insurance policy and didn’t. They are full of bluff. I hope people learn never to vote Republican again. If they vote on a health insurance plan that ends up making insurance more expensive, vote them OUT! One exception: Rudy Juliani was an amazing mayor and if he would run for president I would vote for him.
Why would any sane person think this spoiled brat, daughter of two of the most corrupt people in the world, would be a good choice for any position? We’ve had enough of the Clinton mafia.
I am a registered Democrat, and an unregistered liberal, and the last thing America needs is another Clinton. If and when Chelsea does something other than trade on her name (as she did with a fat contract with NBC News), and she then shows interest in public office, I will then consider her.
