On Sunday night the eve of 7 Nissan, police operating in the Binyamin Regional Council of Shomron saw two youths observing near Yishuv Shilo and when they realized police detected their actions, they dropped their bags and fled. They were carrying sling shots to use in rock attacks, a hunting knife and what appeared to be pot.

They were detained for questioning and released with restrictions, which are not elaborated in the police report.
