Gilad Shalit’s official discharge from the IDF on Wednesday, 26 Nissan 5772 is little more than a formality for in essence, he has been a civilian since his release from Hamas captivity about a half year ago.
Unlike regular military personnel, soldiers and officers alike, he will not have to report to the Bakum Induction Center but his discharge will be done on a computer somewhere and he will officially be a civilian. He has already signed the required forms.
Since his release it appears that Baruch Hashem he is returning to health and smiling in public. He has been in Europe, the United States, met with state leaders and entertainers.
Sadly, a growing number of the terrorists released to obtain his release have returned to terror and they are being rearrested as a result.
This is not a surprise since statistically, many of the released terrorists return to the life they know and hold in high regard, striking out against Jews in Israel.

If this is true, it seems that the decision to exchange the prisoners for Shalit was done with full knowledge that many more yidden will die as a result of this political deal pushed by the emotional family and cynical MKs. The blood of these new victims is on their hands. The government seems to feel that their loss in unfortunate “collateral damage” to our decision to give in to the family’s pressure.
When are they going to start using the death penalty on these animals?!!? That would be a little bit of an incentive to not kill..maybe. But at least we would be rid of these monsters. The world is going to scream? Let them!
What do you mean?! ‘They’ are already using the death penalty because ‘they’ are adept at causing the demise of other humans all the while masquerading as the opposite.
