My brother is a shomer shabbos frum chareidi soldier who learned in both Mir in Brooklyn and Yerushalayim, and who visited Rav chaim with me last year in his uniform. No one yelled at him. No one spit at him. No one abused him. It’s only the thuggery at the Peleg that makes such nonsense up.
Rav SHmlolo zalman sat on buses next to frum soldiers and never did this.

What difference does it make as to the religious appearance of the soldier if to attack him or not, and if he with a female, why is this not allowed on a public street. Truth is one day a soldier being stoned or hit will use his weapon, and if prosecuted for killing those that tried to harm him, I will contribute to his defense fund

The thing that is so so sickening, is that the voices you can hear ARE OF LITTLE CHILDREN!!! This is so so sad. Believe me when we stop shopping on the main streets of Geula and Meah Shearim because of this behavior then and only then will storekeepers have guards outside to disperse and chase away pipsqueaks that have nothing better to do than yell/scream/humiliate a frum IDF soldier.
