Three men charged in the south county robbery and shootout that left a 70-year-old Samuel Salomon Z”L dead Friday afternoon (reported HERE on YW) were ordered held without bail Sunday.
Victor Salastier Diaz Estevez, 19, Luis Alfonso Reyes Castillo, 22, and Roger Rodriguez, 29, made their first court appearance Sunday before Judge Paul A. D’Amico. D’Amico ruled that all three be held without bail because of what prosecutors described as the heinous nature of their acts.
Three to four shots were fired from the suspects’ vehicle, according to the sheriff’s report. One stray bullet struck and killed Samuel Salomon Z”L, a 70-year-old retired baker who was sitting beside his wife as he drove his minivan.

How about lining them up in front of the firing squad?
This is a very sad story. But watch – the killers will be free in no time, by reason of insanity or lack of evidence
