Also the Rambam (I think it’s the same one as before) says that even if a goy does keep the 7 mitzvos if they don’t do it because hashem told them to they don’t get a chailek.
For example if a goy doesn’t kill or steal because it’s not moral (or against the law) or he’s loyal to his wife because he’s scared or he loves her…he WILL NOT get a chailek.
