31 protestors affiliated with the Peleg branch detained during protests by police were arraigned on Tuesday, 23 Adar. They were all arrested during stormy protests in Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh over recent days. The court released 26 of them to ten-day house arrested. The remainder were remanded for an additional day, until Wednesday.
The prosecution promises swift and stern justice, planning to filing criminal indictments against all of them before the 10-day house arrest period expires. They will face an array of charges ranging from illegal protest, interfering with traffic and police and assaulting police.

Why only house arrest? They’re a menace to the funcitionalty of society, and should be in prison.
#1: so you mean, why bother with a hearing, a trial, testimony, etc. Just lock ’em up in prison for 25 years because you say so. Chalk up one for democracy and the rule of law!
