Word on Vista

My problem doesn’t seem so major to you…but to me it is- when i open a new document on microsoft word and put a picture on the doc it doesn’t go where i tell it to-it goes a few “lines” up!! i know a lot about making things with pictures on word (its Vista) but I cant figure out how to fix it 🙁 and thats what i use my computer for most ANY IDEA AT ALL maybe im supposed have a default setting on or s/t bec it was working till a few days ago!! basically my problem is that i paste my picture on microsoft it doesnt go on where i tell it, it automatically goes higher!!!HELP ME PLEASE- IF U HAVE ANY FOLLOWUP QUESTIONS POST THEM AND ILL BE GLAD FOR U TO HELP ME–THANK YOU
