my son: Noson

his wife: Marna

her mother: Liba

background: ist baby 4 yrs ago. on the way to the hospital (labor was very early) they managed to get a Brocha for the delivery from the Baba Salis grandson, i always have trouble remembering his last name but his first name is Dovid. there were serious complications but B”H everything ended up okay.

next baby: smooth.

third baby: marna went into labor 2 weeks ago, again, the baby was in serious distress. they were told she would need a c-section, very soon. noson was wishing they had been able to get a brocha from Rav Dovid, as they did the first time.

a few minutes later liba gets a call from her son, (marnas brother) who is learning in Eretz Yisroel. turns out he had a few minutes and thought he would call. where was he? waiting in line to get a Brocha from Rav Dovid, the Baba Salis same grandson! liba asked him to please get a Brocha for marna, which he did.
