An atzeres hisorarus will be held in Jerusalem’s Mattersdorf neighborhood tonight, Tuesday, 4 Nissan 5772 to mark the end of the shiva for HaGaon HaRav Chaim Pinchos Sheinberg ZT”L.
According to the daily Haaretz, the rabbonim shlita have instructed organizers to hold a chizuk event and not hespeidim since we are in Chodesh Nissan.
Some of the rabbonim expected to address the tzibur at the event include HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Rosengarten (Rosh Yeshivas Belz), HaGaon HaRav Yisrael Ganz (Moreh Tzedek Kiryas Mattersdorf), HaGaon Rav Mendel Weinbach (Rosh Yeshiva Ohr Somayach), HaGaon Rav Yaakov Bornstein (a rosh yeshiva in Zvill), HaGaon Rav Moshe Schlesinger (Rosh mosdos Maanei Simcha), and HaGaon HaRav Simcha Sheinberg, who has assumed his late father’s post as rosh yeshiva Yeshivas Torah Ohr.
Hundreds of talmidim and community residents are expected to take part in the atzeres which is being held in the Heichal Shmuel Shul located at 1 Panim Meiros Street beginning at 20:00.

#2 commonsaychel – the Rabbanim mentioned above can all run circles around you. Among them are those that paskin for communities of talmidi chachomim. It is obvious that they are better versed in Halacha than you and are well aware of the halachas concerning hespedim.
