Toulouse Terrorist Was Questioned and Released by Israel

Israeli media sources are now reporting that “defense ministry officials” quoted anonymously confirm that Mohamed Merah, the terrorist responsible for the attack at the Otzar HaTorah School in Toulouse France was in Israel as some of the international media alluded to earlier.

He entered in September 2010 via the Allenby Bridge from Jordan. He was tagged as ‘suspicious’ and questioned at the crossing and then permitted to enter the country. He entered on a French passport with a tourist visa, heading back to Jordan three days later.

  1. He was also arrested in Afghanistan, and since he was a French citizen the USA handed him over to the French, who released him.
