Jothar, tell me if I got this clear. Men could only teach them maskanos. The whole gemara and other chumash meforshim like Ramban can only be taught by women or men out of town. Also, when R’ Moshe paskined no mishnayos, was that only for men to teach it or for them to learn by themselves also?
