LF – I think you are asking for too much. How about soft but not strong, gentle but not forceful, kind but not assertive, understanding but not compassionate (that last one sounds pretty bad actually – someone who understands what you are feeling but is deliberately not compassionate, lol. Maybe compassionate but not understanding would be better)
