I did put up signs, four signs within sixty feet. Some of the people don’t read English, I suppose. Neither do the dogs. Then again, a lot of these people have this special Minhag by night (like Pharoh). So signs are not that visible.

I am thinking of doing it by chemicals. I heard ammonia is a good deterrent. It destroys the lawns, as you wrote, I’m thinking of somehow placing little receptacles in the ground and putting a bit in each. I’d like to see if that convinces the dogs to move on.
