In New York City it’s illegal to rent out an apartment using Airhub. Just this past week a landlord was able to successfully evictva rent stabilized tenant who was advertising his apartment thru Airhub. Airhub was made illegal because hotels lose revenue, the city loses taxes and neighbors dislike strangers coming and going at all hours of day and night
