As a result of diminished kidney function in Maran Posek HaDor HaGaon HaRav Yosef Sholom Elyashiv Shlita, tomorrow, Monday, 18 Adar5772, doctors will attempt a “significant medical procedure” which only a handful of physicians are experienced in performing. No details of the specified procedure are released in the update received from Rabbi Shlomo Kook, an official spokesman for the gadol hador.
Gedolei hador shlita and family members urge the tzibur around the world to continue being mispallel for Rav Yosef Sholom ben Chaya Musha b’soch kol cholei yisrael.
According to the rav’s medical team, the rav’s condition is critical and the tefilos are essential.

Oy raboisai we need our gedolei hador for our existence especially during these times. Nobody should be lackadaisical about this. we have to daven intense tefillos like some of the ones that took place a few weeks ago when Rav Elyashiv Shlita was originally brought to the hospital.
