You usually dont build a Mega Church in the same place as a shul or yeshiva. People want to be able to walk to Shul or Yeshiva, but they want to be able to drive to a Mega Church or university so they need a large parking lot. Yeshivas and Shuls dont really want this, so you would build the Mega Church or University on a main street like Route 59. You would not build a Shul there (You might build a Yeshiva there , like a School but not a yeshiva with Shabbat or Yom Tov Servies)
